We reserve the right to vary the terms of sale, and any such changes shall become part of these Conditions of Sale.
BEFORE THE SALE – All Lots are sold “AS IS” neither we nor the seller makes any warranty or representation, express or implied with respect to such lots, and they shall not be responsible for the correction of the catalogue or other descriptions of the lots. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Buyers are strongly advised to personally examine any items in which they are interested before the sale takes place. Condition reports are available on each lot listed, which are provided as service to interested persons, but are not warranted to be correct. Any and all statements and descriptions in any catalog or elsewhere by us, relating to age, attribution, authenticity, size, genuineness, provenance, historical relevance or significance, physical condition, importance, quality, quantity, rarity, period, culture, source or origin, are presented as statements of qualified opinion only. Neither we nor the consignor makes any guarantee of the authenticity of the merchandise. Accordingly, all lots should be viewed personally by prospective buyers to evaluate the condition of the articles offered for sale. We reserve the right to withdraw any lot prior to sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. We expressly reserves the right to reproduce any image of the lots sold in the catalog. We provides condition reports as a courtesy to our clients and assumes no liability for any error or omission. All measurements are approximate. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. We reserve the right to cancel any sale and transaction.

PAYMENT TERMS – Methods of payment include: Debit Cards, Credit cards, Paypal and Alipay.
SHIPPING TERMS – Buyer pays shipping cost. Note: We guarantee that most of package will be shipped out from 2wk to 4wk after the sale. Please do not purchase if you cannot wait for this time range. No items will be released until payment in full is made on them. Packing, shipping and insurance (including reimbursement for damage or loss) of purchased lots is the responsibility of the purchaser.
